Plastik und die damit verbundene Entsorgung gehören heute zu den grössten Herausforderungen unserer Zeit. Genau hier setzt GreenCheck an: Wir produzieren medizinische Tests auf Basis der Entwicklungen unseres Kooperationspartners Protzek Biotec GmbH. Plastikfei, nachhaltig, sicher.

Die Welt hat die Plastikproblematik erkannt – eine Flut, die unsere Umwelt und Gesundheit belastet. GreenCheck setzt genau hier an: Mit unserer innovativen Testtechnologie ersetzen wir Plastik durch nachhaltige Materialien aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen (Kartonage). Mit gutem CO2-Fussabruck aus regionaler Produktion, sind unsere Tests nicht nur umweltfreundlich, sondern ebenso effizient und qualitativ hochwertig wie herkömmliche Plastikprodukte.

Our vision

A world without plastic starts with a small test

Plastic is one of the biggest challenges of our time. It pollutes our oceans, endangers animals and has long-term effects on our environment. But the future could be different – and it all begins with smallest changes. Greencheck offers a solution.

Why GreenCheck?

We are driven by sustainability. We have developed a system that significantly reduces plastic consumption. Our packaging is made of cellulose (cardboard) and does not contain unneeded plastic. Our unique packaging system replaces plastic with cellulose cardboards and by doing so minimizes the waste of plastic up to (70%) compared with the markets standards The European Environment Agency (EEA) confirms that reducing plastic in the medical industry is essential to minimizing the annual plastic waste of around 12 million tons (EEA, 2023).

The GreenCheck-Technology

GreenCheck hat ein innovatives zellstoffbasiertes Gehäuse (Housing), das Plastik bis zu 97% ersetzt. Unsere Tests sind einfach in der Anwendung, sicher in der Diagnose und schonend für die Umwelt. Durch den Einsatz nachhaltiger Materialien reduzieren wir den Plastikmüll nachhaltig.

GreenCheck can be used for all possible lateral flow tests (or LFTs), including pregnancy tests, virus tests and drug tests.

Each test kit is specially optimized for its application and meets the highest quality standards.

GreenCheck sets new standards in diagnostics – environmentally friendly, safe and accurate. While conventional tests are sold in a completely plastic-based packaging, we have developed a patented solution: the GreenCheck packaging is made of sustainable pulp (cardboard) – plastic-free and resource-saving. The test itself remains of the same high quality, as precise and safe as before.

The innovative packaging technology of GreenCheck is a patented process that ensures safe storage and hygienic use of the tests. This protected technology is internationally registered and patented in several countries.

mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Diagnostik/Biotechnologie entwickelte bereits in den 1990er Jahren ein computergestütztes Diagnostik-System, dass es ermöglichte, genetische Erkrankungen im Fruchtwasser frühzeitig zu erkennen. Sein technisches Verständnis und sein Innovationsgeist tragen bis heute in unserem Unternehmen zur Weiterentwicklung moderner biotechnologischer Verfahren bei.
